Most lowering springs drop the car too far and make it too harsh for real-world roads. Go too low and the factory dampers can’t do their job properly. So we engineered a cost-effective, reversible solution in-house at Wraptor.

What they do

Our spring height correction cups are designed to work with the standard dampers, giving you a subtle OEM+ drop and sharper handling, without compromising comfort or Jaguar’s active suspension systems.

Installation

1. Fitting is similar to replacing the springs:
2. Remove the spring and damper assembly from the car.
3. Using the correct tools, safely compress the spring and undo the strut top nut.
4. Carefully remove the spring from the damper.
5. You’ll be left with the damper with the original spring cup still attached. Tap off the factory cup with a hammer.
6. Install the Wraptor resized and strengthened spring height correction cup, engineered from high-quality billet steel and finished in a durable powder coat.
7. Reassemble, refit, and enjoy the perfect stance.

Why not coilovers?

We generally don’t recommend replacing Jaguar suspension with coilovers. Most modern Jaguars come from the factory with active dampers that work extremely well when set up correctly. Many coilover kits delete or bypass this functionality, which is a step backwards in both comfort and control on these cars.
