Wraptor Supercharger Maintenance Service

Choose from four levels of Wraptor supercharger maintenance. Every package includes our newly developed solid damping coupler, with installation included.

Choose your maintenance level

• Level 1 — Coupler replacement: £800 + VAT (£960 including VAT). Replace the commonly worn coupler with the Wraptor solid damping coupler.
• Level 2 — Coupler, snout bearings and shaft: £1,000 + VAT (£1,200 including VAT). Includes Level 1, replacement snout bearings and reconditioning of the shaft inside the snout.
• Level 3 — Add supercharger gear oil: £1,050 + VAT (£1,260 including VAT). Includes Level 2 plus replacement supercharger gear oil, which lubricates the gears and rear bearings within the supercharger.
• Level 4 — Add front main bearings: £1,300 + VAT (£1,560 including VAT). Includes Level 3 plus replacement supercharger front main bearings.

Rear casing bearings: These cannot currently be replaced. They are immersed in the gear oil and are typically the last bearings to wear out.

Wraptor solid damping coupler — included

Our newly developed coupler uses a durable, longer-lasting material for smoother, quieter operation than the OEM coupler. Unlike aftermarket solid couplers with no damping, our design absorbs vibrations and maintains consistent tension without relying on a spring. It is included in every maintenance level at no additional charge.

Optional supercharger upgrades

• Wraptor performance upper supercharger pulley: £200 + VAT (£240 including VAT), for extra boost and power.
• Symposer blanking kit: £75 + VAT (£90 including VAT), removing the plastic symposer that commonly breaks.

Optional cooling-system reliability upgrades

These engines can suffer from leaking or failing cooling-system components. The following upgrades are available alongside your supercharger maintenance:

• Solid aluminium coolant pipes: £100 + VAT (£120 including VAT) to replace the failure-prone two-piece plastic pipes, where fitted, while the supercharger is removed.
• Genuine Jaguar water pump, updated two-piece pipe set and brass elbow fixing: £305 + VAT (£366 including VAT), supplied and installed. A mechanical water pump can sometimes make a knocking noise similar to a worn supercharger.
• Upgraded metal water pump link tube: £30 + VAT (£36 including VAT) with water pump replacement, or £80 + VAT (£96 including VAT) without water pump replacement.
• Charger cooler radiator upgrade: £980 + VAT (£1,176 including VAT) supplied and installed. This comprises £650 + VAT for the radiator and £330 + VAT for installation, to cool the supercharged air.
• Aluminium cylinder head crossover pipe: £185 + VAT (£222 including VAT), replacing the plastic crossover pipe.
