Our trained technicians fully strip, refurbish and refinish your brake calipers using workshop-grade processes, the same attention to detail we apply across our performance and custom work.

What we do – step by step

• Wheels off, vehicle safely supported
• Remove brake calipers from the car
• Full disassembly: all pistons, seals and hardware removed – you’re left with a bare metal casting
• Linish and smooth the castings for a cleaner, higher-quality final finish
• Install our protection kit ready for coating
• Acid dip and shot blast to remove old paint, corrosion and contamination
• Remove protection kit and carefully mask the calipers
• Powdercoat in your choice of colour for a tough, even finish
• Unmask, then reassemble with care
• Refit calipers to the car
• Bleed brakes with fresh fluid

Optional extras:

• Replace pads, discs and wear sensors at the same time
• Install oversized rear brake caliper aesthetic plate (Jaguar models only) for a more aggressive, balanced look
• Apply a fresh set of custom decals to finish the job
