Intake Silencer Delete Kit – Jaguar XKR 5.0 (AJ133)

Overview

Wake the XKR up. This intake silencer delete replaces the factory resonator sections in the intake tract on the 5.0-litre supercharged V8, freeing the induction note and sharpening throttle response—without touching the ECU or compromising drivability. Expect a crisper supercharger whine under load, a deeper intake tone, and a cleaner, less restricted airflow path, in a corrosion-resistant, direct-fit kit.

Why delete the silencers?

Jaguar fitted intake silencers to reduce cabin noise. Great for quiet cruising, not so great for airflow or character. Removing them:

• Reduces intake turbulence and restriction
• Lets the TVS supercharger breathe more freely
• Adds an authentic, mechanical induction sound when you’re on it (civilised when you’re not)
